I have an Apple Pro desktop and your program cannot recognise the internal micro. When I go system preference the micro is working ????
I have Adobe Flash Player installed ( twice). Have you got any idea ?. It work on my Ipad but the program crash a lot.

Thanks for your email. I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your mic. Unfortunately the latest Adobe Flashplayer updates have been causing some issues with recognizing installed microphones.  Here are a few suggestions that have worked for other members:

- Please try installing the latest version of Flashplayer, and then restarting your computer.

- If that doesn't help, please try using alternative browsers to log in to, and use the course.

- If you are a Google Chrome user, try uninstalling the inbuilt Flashplayer plugin, so that the browser uses the external flash app instead.

You can try checking the sound settings in Flash Player by playing some audio, then right clicking on the ROCKETrecord heading (or holding CTRL + click) and selecting "Settings". Check your microphone levels under the Microphone tab to see if your microphone is being detected at all.
