Pop up showing a new badge won't go away


Does anyone know how to get rid of the stupid pop up that says  I have earned a new badge? Every time I try to do a new activity or type something into the language keyboard the pop up comes up and has to be dismissed and then I have to start again.  Every flashcard or writing activity it interrupts. It is really wrecking the flow. 


The same thing happened to me a few hours ago—I just checked, it's still happening—it must be a programming glitch.


I have the same problem! It's terrible it doesn't let me focus!


it's happening to me too on German and French.  I give up for the day.


I'm seeing this as well with Spanish.


Yes, I'm having this problem as well with French and won't be able to use the program today. I'm thankful to hear that I'm not the only one! i've literally done everything, including installing a new operating system on my computer. ha ha !  


Clearly a glitch, as it's happening on mine too.  Really interrupts the concentration.  Hopefully the team will fix for tomorrow.


same here on the korean language program. it says "congratulations! You have just received a new badge" 

It doesn't happen on my iphone however.

Below is for IT admin: 
"This is what it says in the code:
Error: $interpolate:interr
Interpolation Error
Can't interpolate:
TypeError: Cannot read property 'badgeUrl' of undefined
This error occurs when interpolation fails due to some exception. The error message above should provide additional context."

Can you also post this info to My Forum > General > General > Unwelcome pop-up ? That's the thread I linked to when I sent an email via the "Contact Us" button/form in the help center. The problem is happening to all Rocket Users.
