You will need to have Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer to play the audio in our courses and use the Rocket Record feature. Please ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash player. You can download it for free here:
Please also check that your browser is up to date. We officially support the current and prior major releases of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari on a rolling basis. If you have an older browser please check for updates or install Chrome (http://www.google.com/chrome) or Firefox (http://getfirefox.com) to be automatically updated to the latest versions.
If you are having trouble with recording your own voice, please try checking the sound settings on your Flash Player by right clicking on the recording area (or holding CTRL + click) and selecting "Settings".
Under Privacy, please ensure "Allow" is selected and tick the box "Remember". You can also check your microphone levels under the Microphone tab and to see if your microphone is being detected at all.
