'desu yo ne' (ですよね) means "isn't it", right? so can it be used when someone is talking about a person ? :?:  example: He/she is cute, isn't he?

Jess-chan, Yes! The ending ~ですよね is strictly colloquial. The particles ~よね take away the abruptness of です. -Sayaka :P
