the word for 500

every time i say hyaku in the thing it says im wrong i could really use some help on this. i was ignored the last time i put in for help

If it's asking for "500" it should be ごひゃく (gohyaku). 

Otherwise, it could be a browser or microphone issue. The recording feature doesn't work with any of the browsers I use. (｡•́︿•̀｡)
