I recently bought rocket Japanese after seeing the deal that was being offered and reading multiple reviews regarding it compared to Rosetta Stone (which is too expencive for me now...)
Soo, I've completed a few audio courses and grammer lessons and as I've breifly studied Japanese in the past it's been fairly simple so far (the bonus lesson on food is a bit overwhelming at the moment though, ;) ) Then I began to wonder, "is this it?"
Going to the community page, I found the mentioning of Megagames, which makes since on account of the course having claimed to have activities which can't be just the little quizzes, then when I read that they should be on my computer I began to look for them everywhere (not just in :C) and I've come up empty handed. Did I overlook something in the purchasing process?? All I seem to have access to is this online course, and the MP3s on my phone are nice and all but I'd still like to get my money's worth and have some active beain-teasers to practice with.
Wait, where is everything?

On the front page page of your course you should see a topic for megajapanese games Lesson 8.1 In premium stage 2. This topic has the link to download the games. Hope this helps.

well i was making my self the same question, i just bought the rocket japanese, and after i started looking for all the stuff you can do, then i searched all my disc looking for the program and then i too realised that i only had acces to the online course, so that means for me that i can`t use it all the time coz i haven`t got the internet working all day, so i only have the mp3 material, it`s very good and all the texts about the grammar, the quizes, the games but that´s all??? i was expecting like more interactive activities, and of course have a backup in my own disc coz it seems that i just bought an membership in a page where only i study online ,but i don`t have any program with me, coz i would like to use it whernever i want and without internet conection,it`s good that you can use it online too because that means you don`t need to install it but i wanna have it in my computer too. And somewhere i read that you have to pay for a backup, then they send you the cds, but i have cds alredy i wanna make my own back up.
well i was expecting more for 110 $ CAN dollars

Does this program cover an intro to kanji?

Punkyyumi san,
Konnichiwa! Yes, the Rocket Japanese Premium course covers an intro to Kanji after you have mastered writing and memorizing the two other Japanese writing systems - Hiragana and Katakana shown through videos of how to write each character. Then we move on to the Kanji - starting with the numbers, then to days of the week.
Our second course, Rocket Japanese Premium Plus then jumps into a long journey of Kanji characters - beginning with the most common and useful ones.
