Thank you for your reply. My apologies for any offence
caused. Before my initial response, I had consulted with the
Russian team, who confirmed for me that the font was italicised,
and was not handwritten. I have asked the website team to change
the font of the Flashcards so that they are no longer italicised,
but I don't think this will correct the issue in your case.
It sounds more like an issue with the browser and how it
displays the letters? I have tried replicating the problem in
a number of browsers, but each time have been able to view the
letters correctly. I recommend sending the Customer Support
team a screenshot, as well as some information on the browser/OS
you are using so that they can try and determine the cause of the
