Imagine you are on a flight from America to Japan. Here are some words you'll need to know:
It’s a long way, so make sure you know how to ask for a drink or an extra blanket in case you are cold. It’s also important to know what “シートベル トをおしめ下さい” means. Repeat the new words aloud to practice your pronunciation.
I would like to have a glass of water.
Watashi wa hikōki kyōfushō desu.
(Watashiwa) onakaga suita.
Samui no desuga, mōfu wa arimasuka?
I'm cold, do you have a blanket?
Kono hikōki wa itsu chakuriku shimasuka?
When are we going to land?
Shītoberuto o oshime kudasai.
Please fasten your seatbelt.
Watashi no heddosetto wa dousa shimasen.
