Read all about how Rocket Languages online language learning courses have helped our members on their quest to learn a language!
I like that so much of the exercises use audio. Too many language teachers end up teaching how to read a language, but put very little emphasis on speaking and comprehension. I also really like the dictation exercises, mostly because they give me practice in comprehension of spoken Spanish.
I have been using the trial version for less than 2 weeks, and have already Astounded people with my little French. For example today I ran into a French mother and daughter. With the little French spoke they thought I was french! They couldn't believe my accent and were impressed. The interactive dialogue is great and the words were pronounced so clear for me.
This is a great tool to learn another language and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. In fact, I did recommend it today and she purchased it. Now we are learning together and can converse at work.

I love learning French with the complete courses. It's fun, challenging, interacting, and very encouraging. I love the voices of the audio lessons with Paul and Claire in the beginning lessons. Also by learning to write in French is a great way to learn and remember as well. I wish though the complete courses had pictures with the sentences that would help improve the lesson as well as be able to talk live online with other students, It would even be so much more fun and make friends as an extra benefit. I love earning badges and points too that helps me to be more motivated to keep learning. I am happy I bought this complete course and will recommend it to my friends.

Works great, and fun. Only problem is that Hear it Say it stops working after a few lines. Otherwise seems very effective, can work while driving, lunch breaks etc. Before it was always hard to find quiet time to work on languages. Keep working on android!

Great course and I have learnt a great deal. My only negative comment is that the course so far (nearly finished level 1) does not give enough teaching on putting the language together, rather it teaches phrases. I am trying to learn the language as I now live in Spain and trying to learn the language.

I have been learning French for the last 10 years using a variety of methods including books and Rosetta Stone. I felt I was not progressing very well and nothing stuck which hindered my wanting to continue to learn. However, I found this site and tried the trial version and wow, just wow. In the space of a day I had learnt and memorised more French than I had in the 10 years of trying alternative methods. I have since bought the full version and I have no regrets whatsoever.
Rocket Spanish — Saitama , Japan
I am generally very happy with the spoken feedback and the quality of the instruction of Spanish.
Unfortunately often my mic fails to pick up my spoken answer correctly. I bought a special mic for my iPhone and I hope that the mic performance will improve. However, I need to review and practice hard points such as writing with the correct accent marks. Doing the harder parts of lessons several times is helpful. I am very pleased with being able to download lesson lectures.

I love that the program is available to me for a lifetime. I haven't explored the support forums much but when I have they were very helpful and quick to respond. I am really impressed with this program, and after studying Level 1 and half of Level 2 I took a trip to Quebec and was able to communicate pretty well.
I'm happy that I can continue to study according to my own schedule and when I am ready to study another language, I will definitely use Rocket.

I absolutely love Rocket Languages, or in my case Rocket Japanese! I’ve had an account since 2011 and I just love the way it enables you to actively practice speech even if you don’t have a person to practice with. Since learning Japanese to me is a hobby, it is something that gets put on hold more often than not, however whenever I want to get back into it I start with listening to Rocket Japanese audio lessons.
