I'm very impressed with the Rocket Languages method. I have studied different languages in a variety of settings: in a high school classroom, on my own with books, in a college classroom, and on my own with books and a native speaker to guide me. I have looked at other methods, such as Berlitz, Pimsleur, Rosetta Stone, and just the plain old web, but I'm enthusiastically happy about this.
As with all language learning, you have to keep trying and that means regular and frequent study.

I've tried Rosetta Stone and Pimsleur...don't waste your time and money on those, this is by far the best language program I've used. If you want a secondary program to expound with, try Duolingo concurrently while you go through this, but if you are only going to use one, stay with Rocket Languages. I would highly recommend it.

Too early to tell.
Also, this review page is very irritating because I cannot get rid of it or submit it. I cannot go into the lessons until i am able to do something with this page????? 200 character minimum is difficult when you have little to say because you are new to the program. Perhaps you should consider making the review optional rather than compulsory so clients don't get caught up in your requirements for the review. This type of action on your part is the stuff that makes your program lose some of it's lustre. I hope not to see this type of sales activity by your company again.

It's the best online language class I've taken so far! It was fun and really easy to learn Korean if you put the time in. Or any characterized language I'm more than satisfied with the outcome. I really found this helpful and easy. 10/10 highly recommended it!
Rocket German — United States
I've purchased Rocket German Levels 1 and 2 (and previously trialed Rocket French) and it's been great so far. It's much more practical for someone planning to travel to another country, especially when compared to other language learning programs like DuoLingo. The phrases they teach are ones you might actually use when traveling, and they teach the formal conjugations instead of informal (because when would you really use the informal "du" when traveling?).

This programme is worth every dollar that I've spent on it. It's interactive, easy to understand, with lots of activities and testings to grow your own skills. I am totally addicted to it. I love how I can practice it online and offline with downloadable materials. The programme gives me great motivation to keep learning. I am officially a big fan of Rocket Languages.
Rocket German — Canada
It is very frustrating that I cannot offline download the lessons in the app itself on my iPhone. It would have been better that way. I want to be able to use it in the car that way. I know you can download it through iTunes, but that is too cumbersome.
Moderators note: This functionality is coming!
Rocket Chinese — Paris , France
Your program is fine and efficient. Nevertheless the dialogues are a little boring ("Beijing seems to be a big city" , well, who doesn't know it?) and there is a BIG mistake in lesson 5.5 Places worth checking out in Beijing (the quizz) : the Great Wall of China CANNOT be seem from the moon ! Check it if you don't believe me. It's a myth !!!

Rocket languages is a fun, exciting, and easy way to learn languages. I guarantee that if you take a course or some courses, your language needs will be met. Part of learning other foreign languages is getting to know the language in the way that is easiest for you. Some may learn languages easily, others not so much. But, every language learner has their unique style, and Rocket Languages is a good way to learn languages.

I love how organized it is. Rocket Languages also does a fantastic job at keeping track of progress and achievements, which is nice. The way the language is taught has been fairly simple so far, which makes it easy to remember and to understand.
