Hola, I'm a new spanish learner from Palestine, I enjoy learning spaish and I have a question about the letter " d " , do we have to pronounce it like " th " or not ???? . Muchas Gracias

No, D is pronounced like d in dog or dad. For you information, in many parts of Spain "C" is pronounced with a "th" sound.

yes, there are actually two d sounds in spanish, hard and soft. At the beginning of words and after consonants it is a hard d sound like the d in dog. In between vowels and at the end of words after vowels it is a soft d like 'th' in this or the or bathe.
