Hi there,

I am using the chrome browser on a mac and my mic works for other programs and all the settings on chrome seem to be correct.

I'm at a loss.

Any suggestions please?

Hi Eric, 

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with the mic on your account; let's review the basics, did you check that our site has permission to access your microphone?:

If all is set up properly, can you please tell us what it is you see when you try to record? Are you also having problems hearing the audio?

Hey, Marie.

I have followed the instructions on that link and all is setup fine. I hear the audio perfectly, but rocketfrench doesn't hear me at all. This happened suddenly. I've been using this mac and google chrome for the entire course so far.

I've tried with my built-in mic and with my headphones, neither work and both previously have worked.

Hi Marie,

I am happy and somewhat embarrassed to report that the mic problem seems to have fixed itself after having the computer restart.
