Score Issues and Family Plan Question



Watch what happens in this video to my score when I switch from German to French and play a phrase:

My score rockets from 25,000 to over 50,000. This process took about 3 minutes and it appears that my German score is being applied to my French score, but in fact, that is not the case. When I refresh the screen, my French score is back to normal.

I wonder if I should ask to have my two languages separated into two accounts. Can I be logged into them both at the same time? Is there anybody out there that has used the family feature to add a child or a spouse?

How well does it work? How do you manage to both be logged in and keep your progress separate? Do you have to log out each time?





Hi Jason - The socring issue should be resolved in the new version out in a couple of months.

The family payment option is for a separate account of the same language/levels. It is not connected in any way to the original account.
