I'm not sure if you have tried this but in most large-ish cities around the world there will be an Alliance Française. I would suggest going there and seeing if you can find a French speaking person with whom you can go an have a coffee once a week. It helped a lot with my English and was a casual, unstressful way of getting exposure to the language.
