Ciao Fran, in Italian the verb "perdere" can have few meanings: -"to miss" as in "I miss the bus" = "io ho perso l'autobus" -"to lose" as in "I lost my keys" = "io ho perso le chiavi" -"to waste" as in " I waste time" = "io ho perso tempo" It's much easier that in English as everytime you need to use "to lose", "to waste" or "to miss", you know that "perdere" is the verb. Lesson 3.10 has been created to teach student about direct and indirect object pronouns. The sentence "compriamo un panino a questo bambino?" means "should we buy a sandwick to this child?". In this exercise you should find out what pronoun you will need to use to replace "a questo bambino". If you need more information or an explanation in regards to the lesson, please let me know. Have fun with Rocket Italian :) Ciao
