Lesson 4.7 continuing action. Sentence “nessuno di noi  vuole andare a scuola”.
Can anyone explain why the third person of verb Volere  is used, and not the first person plural ie vogliamo?

Hi Anthony,

Nessuno translates none, nobody, and it's followed by a third person conjugation, like English.

None of us wants to go to school.

Other example:

Nessuno ascolta la lezione.
Nobody listens/ is listening to the lesson.

That di noi  is just a specifier.

Hope this helps!
