Necessarily vs bisogna

Can one use necessario instead of bisogna. As in bisogna  bollire le lasgana.

Sometimes, "è necessario" and "bisogna" can be interchangeable. For instance, you could say either "Bisogna pulire la camera per gli ospiti." or "È necessario pulire la camera per gli ospiti." (as in "it is necessary to clean the room for the guests").

Generally, "è necessario" is more formal than "bisogna", so I'd use it when you are in a more formal context.
