In Rocket Itlaian Premium lesson 3.7 Comparing Things, it is explained that when using 'Superlatives there are two forms 1) il/ la/ i / le più + di + the object compared. Then an example is given - La più grande festa (the biggest (the most big) party. So where does the 'di' fit into this. is it understood? If so then the example is a poor one. Please help me understand this.
