I am sorry to hear you're having problems with the audio parts
again... Please check and try the following:
You will need to have Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer
to play the audio in our courses and use the Rocket Record feature.
Please ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash
player. You can download it for free here:
Update or Change Browser:
Please also check that your browser is up to date. If you have an
older browser please check for updates or install Chrome
(google.com/chrome) or Firefox (getfirefox.com) to be automatically
updated to the latest versions.
Please note that the latest update of Flash has been causing issues
for some users. The best thing to do would be to try using it on a
different browser. If you are using a Mac, you can try using your
Safari browser or try these ones, listed in order of
1) Google Chrome - www.google.com/chrome
2) Mozilla Firefox - www.getfirefox.com
Use Chrome but Disable Flashplayer Plugin:
If you continue to have issues, please try using the course in
Chrome, but disabling Chrome's built in version of Flashplayer.
