Problem with "Hear it" in Rocket Italian lesson 5.7

Steve-S15

Two of the phrases in the "hear it" section do not play at all and show the following file names when I press the button to reveal the phrase.
R_I_Activities_5.7.27.mp3
R_I_Activities_5.7.28.mp3

I'm viewing the page in Chrome Version 43.0.2357.124 m
running Win 8.1, 64-bit.

Hi Steve!

I am sorry to hear you're having problems with the audio in lesson 5.7 Dinner Phrases, Delays, Expressing Choice... Unfortunately we have not been able to duplicate the same message as you did; have you tried to hear the phrases again? We do recommend Chrome to use the program, you could also try a different browser if it's giving trouble to hear the audio... Please let us know if you continue to have the problem.

Cheers!

Today I went through those sections again and I didn't have any problems.
I guess that it was just an intermittent problem.
Thanks for checking.

Once again the problem surfaces.
When I'm running the hear it section I get the following response when I press reveal
RI_Activities_5.7.27.mp3
Un'ora e mezzo?
I don't get any audio.

Hi Steve,

I am sorry to hear you're having problems with the audio parts again... Please check and try the following:

Update Flashplayer:
You will need to have Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer to play the audio in our courses and use the Rocket Record feature. Please ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash player. You can download it for free here:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Update or Change Browser:
Please also check that your browser is up to date. If you have an older browser please check for updates or install Chrome (google.com/chrome) or Firefox (getfirefox.com) to be automatically updated to the latest versions.

Please note that the latest update of Flash has been causing issues for some users. The best thing to do would be to try using it on a different browser. If you are using a Mac, you can try using your Safari browser or try these ones, listed in order of preference:
1) Google Chrome -  www.google.com/chrome
2) Mozilla Firefox -  www.getfirefox.com

Use Chrome but Disable Flashplayer Plugin:
If you continue to have issues, please try using the course in Chrome, but disabling Chrome's built in version of Flashplayer.  Here are some instructions on doing this:
https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/108086?hl=en

Let me know if the problem was resolved, if not, we can always try some other options.

Regards!
