11.3 “Hola a todos. Hoy vas a aprender … “ Wouldn’t “Hola a todos” be better followed with “Hoy van/vais a aprender …”? Text: “No, no dejé el libro en la biblioteca. Lo {{ llevé }} a la casa.” Trans. given: “No, I didn't leave the book in the library. {{ I left it }} at home.” Suggested: “No, I didn't leave the book in the library.{{ I brought/carried it }} home.” (Carmen is already at home. She would not say, “I left it at home”. Besides, that not what the sentence says, and it's not what Carmen means) “Sí, pero no la utilizamos en Sudamérica.” Trans. given: “Yes, but **they** don't use it in South America.” Suggested: “Yes, but **we** don’t use it in South America.” (Hey, you're dealing with learners) Given: Dijistéis Suggested: Dijisteis. “ … o que está escondido …” Given: “… or that it's hiding …” Suggested: “… or that it’s hidden …” ‘Escondido’ is the past particple acting as an adjective here, and the text is *not* "está escondiendo" Also, in 11.2 Text: $3000 Trans: $300

While I love Rocket Spanish and have benefited greatly from it; it is clear that it is rife with errors in translation. There is a tab for making suggestions and they do seem to respond pretty quickly; but I at times it seems like (Rocket Platinum at least) can seem in a sort of "beta" mode. I am very forgiving of this given the price of the program is quite excellent for what is offered ... but maybe they should hire someone to go through and fix the obvious.

If you look you will find a few things here and there. Go to the support tab at the top of the page and let them know about it. Considering the sheer volume of material they present there really are very few errors.
