2021 Edition Recording and Points Problems

Rocket Spanish has been excellent!  However, since the new Rocket Spanish 2021 version, I am unable to record on my Mac notebook nor are points registered when recording on my Dell PC in Firefox. Please help.  I have sent several messages about this, but no one has replied.  Thanks.

I will pass your points on to our technical team for them to look into. So that they have as much information as possible, could you tell me what browser you are using on your Mac notebook?

Our tech team has been working on these issues and will be putting out a fix for both of them quite soon - within the next day or so at the latest. 

These fixes should sort everything out, but if you are still experiencing problems after a couple of days please do let us know!

I still cannot record my voice on my Mac.  Please help.

I am also having an issue with points on the PC version of the 2021 Edition (using Windows 10 and google Chrome). The PC version is not displaying points that I earned when using the Android App - example, I have 186 points in the Android App and 0 points on the PC. If I do a lesson on the PC to earn points, they disappear if I refresh the screen. Does not appear that the two applications are communicating - they used to on the prior PC version. Hopefully this does not cause an issue with the current “streak”.

I'm sorry to hear that you are both experiencing issues!
 


RobertF38, I have heard from our tech teams that a recent server issue that was causing problems with Safari voice recognition has since been resolved, and this has taken care of the problems that we have been able to replicate on our end. If you try recording yourself on a phrase now and are still experiencing problems, could you let us know:

1. if these problems are present for specific phrases or lessons; and
2. what sort of error message you get when you try to record yourself?
