Audio Issues

I have had audio issues for the past several days with no assistance from the technical team. The audio goes in and out intermittently. I thought it was just in lesson 4.8 but after spot checking other lessons I’ve found that the issue is much more broad. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and know how to resolve it. I’ve tried everything....deleting and reinstalling the app, using google chrome, contacting the technical team via email and even chatting with them....nothing.

Hi KeyD - We haven't had any reports of this happening to other members. Is the audio you refer to the Interactive Audio track? Or is it the shorter Rocket Record phrases?

It sounds like you are getting the same issues across the apps and desktop?

The more info we have the easier it is to offer potential solutions!

Hello! I can’t speak to other members experience but I’m certainly having an issue. The issue is within the interactive audio tracks. When you get a few phrases in, the audio no longer plays. The issue is both on the app and desktop. Also, my voice does not record on the desktop app. 
I appreciate your help with this. I’m in the app quite frequently and would like to get this resolved soon.

Hi KeyD - It is very strange that it is occurring on both the app and on your browser. They are actually quite separate systems.

Are you using the Android or iOS app?

What browser are you using on desktop?

When you say "When you get a few phrases in, the audio no longer plays." are you still talking about the Interactive Audio? So, it happens a few minutes into the playing of those tracks? I just want to clarify the issue!

I just deleted and redownloaded the app, again, and it appears to be working. I’ll let you know if I encounter any further issues. Thank you for your help.

Update: I advanced a few phrases and the audio cut out again...at this point I’m really frustrated with the technology. Is there someone on the technology team I can work with directly to trouble shoot? So far nothing’s been helpful.

Hi KeyD - I have added this thread to our issue tracking for the development team to look at. Our development team is busy with a large project right now but will be in touch before the end of the week.

Any further detail you can provide would be useful. E.g. what device are you using? It is only the app that is causing issues?

Ive had this issue, too. Sometimes the audio playback just stops and I have to leave RS and re log in.
