Can't access course

I purchased the Spanish Premium and have been using it for about a month now. Suddenly I can no longer access it. When I log on all I get is the trial version. I've e-mailed Support but I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience. Thanks. Pam

I have not experienced this problem, but while I was studying yesterday the site was responding very sluggishly. It looks like they have been making some changes to the site which might have been affecting performance. You most certainly should contact them with your problem. I have contacted them for issues in the past and they have responded quickly to resolve the problem. Dan

I noticed the same thing yesterday. Usually, I just restart or reboot the computer and it takes care of the problem. I was not seeing my active days and I like seeing my daily lessons being counted. I think I have 165 active days now.

In haven't had any problems either. Sometimes I need to reboot to clean out all the cobwebs. Shutting down all browser sessions and restarting may also help.

contact the support chat - they might faster then E-mail I had an issue when i purchase - not like yours, and they helped me quickly.
