Hello, I hope someone here can help me. * I've asked customer support 3 times now and each time they send me the same generic form response which does NOT solve my problem.* I need to download the remainder of my lessons to play on my ipod. I'm on a mac. As directed, I go into my members learning lounge, click on "your course", and then the link with the lessons such as "11. Movies, mayhem and the one that got away" and then I hold "control" and click the individual lesson link to bring up a submenu that gives me the option to "save link as". Once I do that, a file is saved to my desktop. * This file however, is not an MP3. * *It cannot be put into my itunes and converted. It's simply the lesson link saved so that it can be opened in a separate web browser. * I can't find "downloadable" links anywhere else on the site/members area. When I first bought Rocket Spanish, it was 2 years ago and I had no problems downloading my first 6 lessons. (I decided not to download them all at once). Now I return and the site is totally different. Can someone please help me?? *Rocket Spanish customer support is of NO help!* Thank you so much!

Click on "your course", and then click on 11. Movies, mayhem and the one that got away (for example). Then click on 1.1 What happened yesterday. When that page opens, there is a button on the right side where you can download audio. Hope this helps.

Hola Anna, We apologize for the problem you are encountering for downloading the RS audio. You need to go to the individual lesson in order to download the audio. Please kindly follow these steps: Members Learning lounge  Click on "Your Course" Click on "11. Movies, mayhem..." Click on the lesson of your choice - for example "11.1 What Happened Yesterday" After this page opens, there should be a DOWNLOAD AUDIO icon on the right hand corner. Please follow directions as indicated below the icon. Let us know if you are still encountering problems. Once again, we apologize for this inconvenience. -Mauricio
