Incorrect Answer in Quiz 10.1

One of the questions in the Quiz section of lesson 10.1 appears incorrect.

The question asks for the incorrect pair, and the answer given is "You had = Tenían". The explanation is that "Tenían" means "they had", not "you had". But it also does mean you had, when the you is plural! "Ustedes tenían" is a correct usage, isn't it?

¡Hola AdamB66!

Thank you very much for pointing that out to us! You're right: tenían is an ustedes form, so "you had" is a perfectly fine translation for it.

I have passed this on to our Spanish team to fix. Our apologies for the confusion caused by this error!

Saludos,

Liss
