I've been trying to speak to someone from Rocket Spanish

I've been trying to speak with someone from the Rocket Spanish Company, but I haven't been able to get anyone to respond.  Frankly, it is very frustrating not to be able to talk to a customer service representative over the phone or via a chat program.  Can anyone help?

1. use the chat function (accessible by going to www.rocketlanguages.com and clicking on the red speech bubble in the bottom right-hand corner),
2. fill out the contact form on the Contact page, or
3. send an email directly to support@rocketlanguages.com.

I will pass your message on to the Customer Service team and let them know that you have been trying to get in touch!

In the meantime, if you have any language-related questions, please don't hesitate to ask them here on the forum.
