Know It not working right

I have been trying to complete lesson 12.9 since the new upgrade.  In the Know It section I cannot seem to get the overall grade to be Easy (green).  It remains Purple (good) no matter what.  I have one Poor rating, 2 So-so, 4 good and 24 Easy.  And now even when I get an Easy rating on a previously more difficult phrase, it does not change my standing.  The computer marks me as Easy but the overall stats do not change.

A bit annoying as I want to clear this lesson.  Any suggestions?

Perhaps the poor and so-so items are enough to pull it down.  Maybe if you improve those, perhaps it will improve your overall rating.  You can always reset it and try retaking it from the beginning, though you shouldn't have to resort to that.
