Mauricio a no show- Ignoring E-Mails

Hi Everyone, I am sorry to have to do this. I really loved Rocket Spanish and bought both 1 and 2. The program is great and the customer service USED to be great. I even gave a testimonial for the RS website because I was so happy with it. I heard there was an update to the games and I wanted to download the updated version. I have long since lost the download link and my log-ins due to several computer crashes. So, I Emailed Mauricio w/ no response whatsoever. I Emailed a second time a week or two later and a Debbie Emailed back saying she is creating a ticket and I should have an answer soon. Two weeks after that I Emailed Mauricio again and again a Debbie shot me out an automated reply stating I'd have an answer soon. I've been Emailing for over a month now. I feel this is unfair for several reasons: -1 bought both Rocket Spanish programs and they promise free updates. -2 I can understand an E-mail getting lost in the sauce, but THREE of them? -3 Good customer service is as important as a great product, in my opinion. What is really sad is that I was REALLY REALLY love Rocket Spanish and thought extremely highly of Mauricio. To be blown off like this is unacceptable to me. It makes me sad to have to post this. We have just send another email today, could you please let me know if you received it? Could you please also check your junk mail folder and the security setting to see if perhaps our emails ended up in there? Do you have an alternative email address that we could use to email you? You could send me a private message, so that you don't have to publish it on the forum. I really don't want you to feel ignored, so I would like to make sure that our emails reach you. Hi, I got the Email from Margaret and she got me hooked up. I have a few extra questions. My Email is Esoterica at Comcast dot net. Questions: -When I log in to the access area, it shows Rocket Spanish 1 and Rocket Sign Language(which I bought too). It does not show Rocket Spanish II which I bought. -When I try to access the RS forum from the link in the RS online "access area" it takes me to the Rocket Sign Language forum even when I'm in the RS program not the Sign Language program. -Can we just access the courses through online.. it's so organized that way and I love it. I didn't realize that Mauricio was out of town. I don't want to make it sound like the Rocket Language programs are not awesome because they are GREAT. Hi Esoterica, thanks for your quick reply, I'm glad the email came through. I just checked your login for Spanish and Sign Language. When you first login you can choose between Rocket Spanish and Rocket Sign Language depending on which language you want to study that day. You can find all your Spanish material when you click on the Rocket Spanish link. Rocket Spanish Premium and Rocket Spanish Premium Plus are both in there, you just have to scroll past. To access the Spanish forum from the Learning Lounge you will have to confirm your account. Simply put in your password again and then you will be able to access it from there without having to login again. It looks as though you haven't set up a login for the Rocket Sign Language forum yet. You can do that from the Learning Lounge as well. I hope that helps. Kind regards Nathalie

Yes I agree with the last post. I think that this web site / organisation has now become "dead on the web". There does not appear to be any support at all now. I just signed up, and the initial lessons are not running properly or downloading in full. Not good. It is a shame, as I think that the format is very good.
