"My Levels" reset won't reset!

This morning while reviewing lesson 2.4 in the Spanish program I wanted to reset Hear It/Say it and Know It for additional practice. When I hit the reset button the proficiency scale reset to "Not Rated" but the ratings I had previously given individual items did not reset. In other words, words or phrases that I had last rated Easy, So So, etc. stayed at those ratings. This makes it difficult (impossible, really) to track my progress. Any help understanding why this is not working or how to reset the levels will be appreciated.

No worries. When the new system was rolled out the levels began resetting for me and I have had no trouble since then. Thanks for following up though.
