No points for using Rocket Record in an audio lesson?

This morning I studied audio lesson 10.4. For the first time in the year that I have been studying Rocket Spanish, I used Rocket Record with each of the phrases, but when I was finished My Dashboard had not awarded me any points for this effort. As I said, this is the first time I have used Rocket Record while doing an audio lesson, so I am unsure if I should have earned points or are those only awarded in the testing lab? Thanks in advance for any feedback. Dan

Rocket Record should give you 2 points for playing their audio and 2 points for your response back. So that equals four points. I have looked into this pretty carefully to make sure what kind of points they are awarding. Something must be wrong. Try it again and hopefully it will work this time. Of course this is for a computer and not for an Android or IPhone. I have noticed on my laptop that Rocket Record works every time it says Rocket Record. It does not matter where it says Rocket Record.

Liz: thank you for confirming what I thought. I just earned 116 points for using Rocket Record in the extra vocabulary section of the lesson, but it is still not giving me points for using it in the conversation narrative. Perhaps I should send a note to their technical people.

I noticed that I just get points when I am doing the hear it, know it, write it, play it and the Quiz and the forum. I spend a lot of time doing the lessons (20 to 30 minutes long) and its vocabulary using the Rocket audio, no points there. I just figure the points are just awarded when doing testing.

Thanks Aurora. That is my experience as well, although I notice that points are awarded when you use Rocket Record on the Extra Vocabulary section of the lesson. Kind of weird that you earn points there but not in the interactive audio section, but así es, I guess!

Hi guys, this was an error due to a bug in the system. This was only happening in Rocket Spanish Premium Plus, but we hadn't had any reports so we were unaware of this issue. Luckily Dan reported it and the IT team was able to identify the bug and fix it. Please check if it is working properly for everyone now!
