I am having trouble. I am on lesson 1.7 of the Rocket spanish course. Anytime I have to say a number or time with speech recognition, it marks me wrong. I know I say it correctly, but it converts the word-numbers I say into digits. So, if I said ‘cinco’, it would show up as 5. Then, it compares the text it got from my recording against the correct answer, and marks it wrong. This may be very confusing, but has anyone else had this problem? This is very frustrating. I submitted an error report, but I am wondering if anyone else has this problem..

Thank for your feedback and our apologies for the inconvenience with this situation.
This is unfortunately an issue we are aware of and has been reported to our tech team already, so they can find a long term solution to the problem. Please note that if you get a low rating in the tests, but you know the pronunciation is accurate, you can rate the phrase accordingly.
Kind Regards

I see that this thread was 7 months ago and I am having this problem now. It doesn't bother me until I have to “test” out of a unit.

Hi Teri161, thanks so much for your post. Are you also having trouble with lesson 1.7? We have tested the lesson from here, and Rocket Record seems to be working fine for us.
Is there another lesson that's not working well for you? If so, please let us know and we will take a look.
Thanks again!

It was on Lesson 11.4 the Post Office. Between the cost and the weight, never got one to come through.
Thanks

Hi Teri161,
Thanks so much for getting back to us. We've made some improvements to the lesson, and a member of the Spanish team has confirmed that all phrases are working correctly now. Please give it another try and let us know of you continue to have trouble.
