points and flashcards

how come we don't get any points when using the flashcards? (At least I am not), I use them quite often and they don't tally not a single point

Soloman: if you haven't already, look at the table in the My Badges section that shows what for and how many points you earn for various activities. I have always thought the point system was a little uneven, such as you earned only 10 points for asking this question and I earned 100 for answering "because that is the way the system is set up." 

I would like to see points awarded for going through flashcards as well, perhaps 2 points per card.  Right now you get nothing.  I would also like to see some points, say 10, awarded for retaking a quiz.  Both of these activities help us learn the material.
