Points system for Rocket Spanish Premium, beginner

The My Vocab part of my toolbox has never worked and I never (since the free trial ) have had the chance to record my pronunciation. Also, on the points system, I only get credit (20 points) for completing the quiz of a particular lesson and nothing for the other more rigorous testing sections of that lesson. Although, to be fair, there was one lesson that gave me points each time I answered any question in the testing section. I work on an ipad, does that make a difference? Espero que no. Rebecca

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your post. My apologies for the trouble you have had on your iPad. You've mentioned a few issues, so I will address them separately below: Unfortunately I don't believe that MyVocab is compatible with mobile devices I'm sorry. We are planning a major update to our app next year, and will hopefully be able to fix any incompatibility issues at that time. In regards to you not being able to record, it sounds as though either your browser or version of Adobe Flashplayer is out of date. I would recommend updating both to see if this helps. If not, you might like to try changing browsers. We will do some testing regarding earning points while on a tablet. We aren't aware of any issues at this stage though.
