Reinforcement exercises not showing correct completed phrases count

Hello,
In each of the reinforcement exercises there is a counter in the upper right showing how many phrases for that exercise you've completed, e.g. "10/78".  Since yesterday I'm seeing a problem where the counter doesn't advance.  It will count once after the first phrase and then get stuck there, so you can't see how far along you are in that exercise.  The incorrect count also appears in the easy/good/hard buttons below.  If I refresh the browser page, the correct count does appear, but gets stuck again when I continue.  I've seen this so far in the "hear it say it" and "write it" exercises.  For what it's worth, I'm on Arch Linux with Chrome browser, which is working fine for many months.  Was there some change deployed recently that might account for this?  Thanks!

I'm having exactly the same problem. My points are accumulating correctly, but the counter for each exercise doesn't advance after the first word/phrase. And it seems that I can keep going past my starting point without reaching "completed". The correct count appears when i exit and re-enter the program, but then the problem begins anew. 

I experienced this problem yesterday (though not today), but as GaryM25 discovered, just hit function key F5 (Refresh web page). You shouldn't need to exit the program. F5 will update the counter to the correct count.  Whenever you want to check on the count again, just hit F5 again.

FWIW, the "know it" section of 11.1 worked correctly for me this morning.

Thank you very much for getting in touch with us about this issue. A fix has been implemented for this, and so the counter should once again be working properly on all Reinforcement activities. If anyone is still experiencing this problem, could you please let us know?

Working fine now, except that when I complete an exercise, it does not show up as completed on my dashboard until I refresh. I think it used to show up right away?

Hola Liss - I just realized that it's when I use the back button that the exercise doesn't show as 'completed'. When I click on 'Dashboard', the completed exercise shows correctly.

Thanks for getting us those additional details! 

When the "back" button is clicked, it doesn't actually reload the data - it just shows what was previously there. Because of that, you unfortunately won't see any new progress if you use the "back" button. However, as you mentioned, clicking on "Dashboard" instead would make the page reload, and so would show your new results - this might be the best way forward so that you can see your progress as you go.
