Rocket Spanish Module 18 Test Unresponsive

Hi-just wanted to let the Rocket Languages folks know that I'm having trouble with the Module 18 Test responding. I started the test, play the sound byte, recorded myself, and got an automatic rating just fine, but when I click on my rating the test did not respond or proceed. Thanks in advance for your help!:)

I also want  to take this opportunity to give a shout out to the Rocket Language employees-your customer service is outstanding and I have never been disappointed!Thanks for all the friendly help you give and the great work you do!

Laura, apparently it is happening across the entire Rocket Languages spectrum.

I agree that RS customer service is generally good. However, I do wish they would post updates on the forum to let us all know what is going on and how long we should expect the problems to persist. I think that keeping members informed would be a good way to maintain those good feelings.

Thank you for your feedback. We have reported the issue to our tech support team so they can check what happened and fix it, unfortunately though, I would not be able to tell when the issue should be resolved. As soon as I get a reply. I will let you know.
