sending lessons in my inbox

Remember with the trial version before purchasing we used to get one lesson in our inbox everyday? Now that I have purchased the system, is it possible to program my sessions to send to my inbox one lesson each day. I am having a serious challenge having to sign in and keep up with the course. Thanks.
