would someone translate in lesson 4.4 Que se lo ofrece. what are they actually saying

Literally means "What it is offered to you?" in a formal way, but is used in a way to ask "What may i offer you?" or "What can i offered you?"..."What do you need" can be another way of translating this!... Saludos! Mucha suerte!
