Is there a way to review all of the vocab that I have rated "needs review" or "so-so"? How can I review all the vocab I need to practice without reviewing ones I've learned fairly well?

Under My Level, right beside the Current Level are the boxes indicating the number of words or phrases you marked for that level, e.g. Needs Work 2. You can click on that and it will show those words and phrases along with their translations.

How helpful this answer is! I too have wondered about going back and just practicing the words or phrases that I had trouble with. Muchas gracias!

I just do it the old fashioned way, I write down the ones I really need to learn and keep my latest sheet of paper near my chair when I'm sitting and watching TV.

A free spaced repitition program is ANKI. It lets you practice the words you have difficulty with more frequently. It is a very user friendly program and highly creative even for someone starting out using it. Its a lot of fun. There is so much out there to help us.

Just to add that ANKI is easily the best flash card program I've yet used. It is very flexible and you can synchronize between your smartphone and your computer(s). It is great to be able to view the flashcards on your smartphone - even for 2 or 3 minutes at a time, when you have a moment or two - then immediately sync on-line. Then, when you get home you sync ANKI on your desk or lap-top and carry on reviewing where you left off during the day. I find it much easier to add words and phrases on the computer program but the smartphone app allows you to reverse the cards (front becomes the back and vice versa) which is really helpful as your memory absorbs the new words and phrases.

I agree that ANKI is a great app. I have not began to load my Rocket Spanish vocabulary words yet, but I will once I progress through the harder lessons. The only thing that I do not like is taking the time to load each word, along with its meaning on the back of the card. I know I can download a deck, but I may not want all the words in the shared deck. However, the benefits of learning the words/phrases, outweigh the inconvenience of loading the words.
