The first thing you should do is ensure you are opening the Newsletters in Explorer as opposed to Firefox or Safari. Ensure that your volume is not on mute. You could also try downloading the Shockwave plug-in from the following link. You need this plug-in to be able to hear most audio over the net. http://sdc.shockwave.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi
