what is the difference between paying 100 for the basic membership or buying the cd pack for 300 or the upgraded version of the for 500 does it matter which one i choose

The cheapest option ($99) is online only. If you want them to send you the 20 CDs plus online, then you pay a lot more ($299). So, the difference between the two are the 20 CDs.
