Hola!
Just wondering if anyone has any info. on when this book will be available? "Beyond Advanced Spanish Grammer."
It is mentioned at the completion of the Advanced Spanish book (talks about dealing with the subjunctive tense, passive voice, etc).
I looked for it, but didn't see it in the download section.
Just curious...
Gracias.
When will the "Beyond Advanced Spanish Book" be av

My goodness, I see that this question was asked 9 years ago and still no reply.

I have never felt the need to go beyond the grammar lessons provided in the course which parallel the conversation lessons nicely: sort of like "on time grammar delivery" / "grammar when you really need it." Keep in mind that the subjunctive (mentioned in the original post) is only touched on very briefly in the second level course.

I like the idea of grammar on demand. Has sort of a 21st century vibe.
After doggedly working my way through the first course and most of the second first doing all the conversation lessons then all the grammar lessons, I finally figured out the connection between grammar and conversation lessons. I am now repeating course 2, but this time I am first doing the grammar lesson, then its associated conversation lesson. It makes a lot more sense to me this way and I have often wondered why this logical progression is not encouraged by RS.

I imagine they do this because it is more immediately useful to know a languages basic phrases rather its grammar. Still, for long term learners whose goal is a B2 or above in their target language, it does seem to be a more comprehensive system.

Hola a todos,
I purchased the first two levels of RS years ago when they were called Beginner and Advanced, and at that time you could print out the grammar books in their entirety. Yes, that was a lot of paper, but I put both books in binders and found it very helpful to read through and then listen, or listen and then go back to the grammar book. I also realized that I needed to revisit grammar, and someone one on the forum recommended English Grammar for Students of Spanish which really helped me. I guess my approach was and is, what Dan is now doing. It's a continuing pursuit for all of us to keep learning and it's always a welcome thing to have activity here.
Saludos,
Ricardo
