Why isn't level I showing up on my dashboard?

When I log into rocket Spanish I'm only able to access levels two and three on my dashboard. How do I access level I? I've had rocket Spanish for many years now and I've never encountered this problem before.How do I fix it?

Perhaps Rocket Languages "forgot" that you purchased level 1.  This sounds like a question for customer support.  I can still access all three levels.

Thanks Robert. I thought perhaps they moved it with the new dashboard format and that's why I was missing it I guess not. I emailed customer service yesterday. I'm still waiting for a reply

Hi Kimberley, 

It looks like you have 2 separate accounts with us - one under a Yahoo address and one under a Gmail address. Your account under the Gmail address has all 3 levels of the course - please use that one to log in.

If you'd like us to merge these 2 accounts, please let me know whether you prefer to use your Yahoo or Gmail address to log in. I hope that helps!

Oh I must've accidentally done it when I changed emails. Anyway yes please I would prefer to merge into one single account using my Yahoo email. Thank you

Hi Kimberley, 

I've merged your accounts under your Yahoo email address so you should see all three levels of Spanish when you next log in. Hope that helps!
