inklusive vs inclusive

In lecture 1.4 Booking a room the Paul asks: "Das Frühstück ist inklusive." Later in Practice when Nik try to explain the 'inklusive' uses the following question: "Ist das Hotel inclusive?" Why here the inklusive is written differently. Is it a typo or due to a gramar prectice? Thanks
