Badges and Colours in Rocket German

I see that the 24-hour point system is now corrected; however, it is not clear to me whether or not there remains a problem with the badges and colours. Before the initial problem with the 24-hour point system, I was a Gold Star Master. Today I appear on the Leaderboard as an Artisan - ostensibly a substantial demotion:((  Is this a residual problem that still needs to be corrected? Has the badge and colour system been recently revamped? If so, what are the criteria for the new system?

Have you tried logging out and clearing your browser cache?
The points totals and badge levels look plausible to me.

To the Rocket German Administrator:
It appears that there is, in fact, a problem with the application of the badge and colour system to at least some of your users, myself included. As I mentioned above, I was a Gold Star Master when there was a problem with the 24-hour point accumulation, which was subsequently fixed; however, at approximately the same time, I was "demoted" in rank to Apprentice (now a Leader). The problem appears to be that all of the points that I accumulated around the first 60 days since beginning the Rocket German course were zeroed out.
I estimate that I average over 1000 points per day in my language learning. Therefore, based on 60 days, I should have well in excess of 60,000 points, making it logical that I would have been a Gold Star Master (minimum 64,000 points). Alternatively, the system currently shows me at a total of 4046 points, meaning that I have averaged only 67 points per day based on 60 days, clearly in error.  For the sake of good order, I cleared out my browser cache as well as logged out of the system and signed in again to be certain that the problem was not from my side.
I would greatly appreciate it if you would check this technical difficulty from your end and reinstate my lost points and badge status. Thanking you in advance.

Thank you very much for getting in touch with us about this issue, PaulS108, and for trying to help resolve it, sfpugh. We've become aware of this problem and apologize for the inconvenience. Our tech team is currently working on a fix. 

Essentially, what has happened is simply an error with our caching, which affects the points that you see when you log in. Nevertheless, all of your points are safely stored in our database, and so they haven't been lost. Our tech team's fix should be completed within the next 24 hours, and once it's done, you should see your points and standing restored.
