I recently came across the germanskills.com youtube channel.

It has a lot of videos on the difference between words with similar meanings.
It is disarmingly low tech and it is all in German, but she speaks very slowly and clearly.
eg: zahlen/bezahalen, fühlen/spüren/empfinden, machen/tun.
