¿Ayudar a mi mejor amigo a ocupar su tiempo mientras su nueva esposa hace compras? Help my best friend occupy his time while his new wife goes shopping?
I always thought the adjective and the noun are reverse in Spanish compared to English. How about the "major amigo" and the "nueva esposa"? Thanks.

Adjective/noun word order can actually be a bit tricky. For me, sometimes a certain order just sounds right (and, of course, other times I have no idea). I don't find memorizing rules to be very helpful, but you may find the following interesting:

Rocket Spanish has some "language and culture" lessons that address this topic as well. See lessons 3.7 and 3.8.
