With or without an accent...or both?

Panchi

Why does "tu" sometimes have an accent and sometime not? Thanks!

¡Hola Panchi!

This is a good question! Happily, it's pretty straightforward:

, with the accent, is the subject of a sentence - so "you" in English. Tu, without the accent, means "your."

Keep up the good work!

¡Adios!
