At first I thought that Rocket Japanese was a great course. However, I became very disappointed with the way they structure things. The conversations are very limited and the grammar is poorly explained. Japanese is a very structured and logical language and Rocket Japanese does a poor job of conveying the structure. I am overall very disappointed with the course.
I bought the entire Japanese course, yet Rocket continues to send me marketing and promotional emails telling me to buy their japanese course when I already have.

Excellent course, I'm a complete beginner and I really like the speak and repeat format. After just one week I feel a lot more confident in my ability to learn german.

I have enjoyed my experience with Rocket Portuguese so far. It is not overwhelming like some of the other language apps I have tried. This app does an excellent job of explaining as you advance through the course. So far, so good.

It is a great learning experience.
My slow use of the course is that at 81 years of age I don't find a enough time to properly apply myself with too many necessary outside projects.
I haven't given up!
