The program is so full of bugs. I have attempted on both my Mac and iPhone.

Amazing software however some audio to speech playbacks are a bit off such as "mot" . I've even had my french boyfriend give it a try to see if it was just my accent, and the software was not accepting his voice either.

The accent of the french canadian is not correct and there are mulitple mistakes

"I bought the course 10 years ago (French). I began working on it but had to stop for personal reasons. Since it offers lifetime access, I can restart now. The course has been updated with more content and a nicer interface, and I wanted to start over from scratch. Therefore, I emailed customer service to request a reset of all my exercises, and they kindly did so very quickly. I am very satisfied. The first time I used it was in 2014, in preparation for a trip to France in 2015. At that time, I only had access to level 1, but it helped me with the basics. I have tried many other apps because my native language is Portuguese, and Rocket French does not offer Portuguese to French. However, this course is definitely better; it's complete. You can learn all four skills: writing, listening, pronunciation, and reading, and they also provide some grammar and cultural tips. I wish they offered Portuguese to French; it would be easier for me since English is my second language, not my first.

On ipad voice playback won’t work. No reply from customer service. Back to the Fluenz program.

I enjoy listening to the recordings and grading of my recordings to help improve my skills. The practical lessons, not just teaching some words, are very helpful to increase my confidence.

The microphone speaking part of the browser is terrible. I have 3 headsets (all expensive) and also used the microphone on the laptop. For simple words like Nom, Bonjour (I am getting zero or sorry I didnt catch that). I know I am not fluent yet, but i've got those words down, but the software occasionally wont get what i say. Very annoying...
