We are so happy to hear that you are enjoying the course. Best of luck for your Korean!
I love it, but I wish it was free. I know that is probably not doable, but I do recommend this for anyone learning languages.
I am really enjoying this course so far. I like that you can skip a lesson if it may not pertain to you or your current goal and then come back to it later. I also love being able to listen to the Interactive Audio lessons again later on my phone to reinforce the lesson I did for the day.
One thing that would be better, is if it asked you to write a review at the end of a lesson to not interrupt your learning.
its honestly a really good program but there should be a feature to let you slow down the audio down just a little, Korean has some completely different nuances so it hard to hear them sometimes when it so fast

Thanks so much for your review, Sabian, it's much appreciated. Regarding slowing down the tutor audio, you can do that by clicking on the settings icon in the top right corner of your members area, and selecting a Tutor Audio Speed of either 0.75x or 0.5x. We hope that helps!
I recently started Rocket Korean (RK), in preparation of an upcoming business trip to Seoul that will also see me explore the country by train. I am still at the very beginning – about a week in – but so far so fun: the RK teaches are engaging and keep the students motivated. The tough part of learning any language is to keep practicing the new words and phrases, and each chapter in RK has several different drills to practice and reinforce the contents of the lesson. Make sure to explore the settings and adjust them to your liking: initially I was not very fond of the Scorecards, but now that I found that I could switch on both audio on reveal and the romanization of the phrase on “back” of the card, I love them. One of the strong points of RK is the voice recognition feature – use it! You may not want to replay yourself all the time (though you can), but the AI identifies what you say and gives you a 0-100% score, and I use this tool a lot. The AI isn’t perfect, of course, so be prepared to have animated arguments with your microphone, even if it is a professional-grade one.
Tôi rất thích học trên này vì nó rất dễ hiểu và luyện cho chúng ta về nghe và ns rất tốt
Rocket Korean is a very helpful site, and my Korean is so much better. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new language.
I am 2 weeks into learning Korean, and still in the first module of 7, but am immensely enjoying it so far. The audio lesson is followed by 4 different "tests" that can be redone with a focus on phrases or words you did not know, as well as has those phrases and words to parse through on your own time following the lesson.
Rocket Languages essentially gives you all the tools to work at this in the way that best suits you, including the ability to turn off the Romanisation of Korean words if you would prefer to learn their writing style instead. While I find the course is very good at letting you set your own pace and approach, I do think the focus on Korean writing is a bit weak. You can access all the writing guides out of order to prioritise this, but this course focuses on speaking first, writing second. I am sure with time I will be able to do both, and this is based off of personal preference, but bear in mind that being able to read Korean phonetically before speaking it in this course may include using outside resources or taking lessons out of order.
I really like the format of this course; it is conversational and has a ton of practice. I love that you can record yourself and compare it to native speakers. The fact that the program assigns points for my work, keeps record of how many points I gained each day, and that I am able to see other students' scores, keeps me motivated.
